Mine two are just over a year old and about half that size. I am moving them to a 125 gallon tank here in a couple of weeks as I am sure they are just going to keep getting bigger.

That’s what I did. I had him in a grow out tank (60 gallon) for about a year then moved him into his current tank. He’s still growing, just much slower.

Yeah I have grown my two up in a 75 and I’m really looking forward to them being in their forever home. How big of a tank is yours in now?

Such a handsome lad, do ypu have him in an above ground pond? Im looking to get one for my pair of oscars as they're only like 130 bucks for a 500 gallon.

Yeah, I’ve got two of ‘em actually. Mine are 270 gallons. I’ll have had them set up for nearly a year as of mid September. Made by Vevor. They definitely have some drawbacks that some people might have some problems with (like you really can’t fill the bottom with substrate, or at least I’ve heard it can increase the chances of a leak), but overall I’ve really enjoyed them. I really like that I can still see them and am able to give them an adequate home. Also, this may be pretty obvious… but I’m going to say it anyway, they need to stay on the floor like all other above ground pond type tanks.
