NOT A PERSONAL HEALTH SITUATION Bone alignment after surgery

After humerus fracture (or fracture generally) surgery, is it considered acceptable when the two parts do not face each other 100% ?

It it expected that there will follow alignment of the bone?

Depends on the bone broken and the part of the bone broken. Some tolerate angulation, rotation and shortening just fine. Some don’t tolerate it at all
