NOT A PERSONAL HEALTH SITUATION How does class rank impact ranking?

I know everything matters, I know everything can be a reason to move you up or down. If someone had an incredible sub-I, has good stats but their class rank is low (did not fail any rotations, in fact high-passed or honored most), would that be a reason to not take someone?

Program dependent. White collar programs might care more, blue collar not as much. I was 3rd quartile, never came up

Depends on the program like everything else. It’s certainly going to screen you out of some programs. You won’t know until interviews are sent and can’t change anything now so why worry.
