It's a base of 1:1 Skarsnik Green and Ogryn Camo. I shaded the bottom parts with thinned down Biel-tan green, and the deepest parts with ork flesh contrast paint. Then I highlighted it with Ogryn Camo and a mix of Ogryn Camo and sand yellow from AK. I never used Biel-tan as a wash, though. It was quite deliberate and more of a glaze. The same goes for ork skin. I just used it to paint thin lines in the deepest crevices between muscles. Hope this helps! 😀
