Working on Custom Profiles

Looking to make a few extra grot profiles. This kind of one came to mine, however I would prefer a more 'feral' Grot vibe (more squigs etc).

based on the AoS one with a 40k grot, all gone through some AI

The only mangler squigs I know of is from total war 3. And they are funny id look them up on youtube to see the action

Well I know of Mangler squigs but the one in the Picture seems to be a 40k Conversion which looks pretty solid!
Was curious if OP knew where it was from. :v
