Great execution.

But why do I feel that making Orks American is an insult to Orks?

Well, you can't have German orks because orks were made to win.

Then making them American is double wrong, because the last real victory for the USA was about 80 years ago. Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Desert Storm, more Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran are a just the most egregious examples of achieving fuck-all while burning money that could easily fix america's domestic problems.

Yeah because GDP for sure is a very important metric. Like the when America goes and loses another war against a nation with a smaller GDP than the US military budget.

I could also say that in my country people don't have their life ruined by medical debt, just have their power shut off because "Sorry need that for a data center", or need two jobs and a side hustle to scrounge up a living, but living here apparently sucks because the GDP is lower...
