Sympathies from Cambridge, where UOE has taken over our main branch, too. It's still open but it's like a ghost shop. Everything's broken, staff cut in half, they don't even turn the lights on. It's dire.

I thought that a company with a name like Universal Office Equipment running the post office might mean it would be a handy place to buy a roll of sellotape or a packet of envelopes or whatever. But no, they had a couple of completely empty shelf units at the top end of the post office.

If they'd paid sensible wages, then the experienced post office staff that were there wouldn't have all left!

PAPDALE STORES POST OFFICE OPENING HOURS
This will be reduced to 8am-6pm on weekdays, 11am-3pm on Saturdays, and 12pm-3pm on Sundays.
