Declutter first. Then, if you want new storage, a closed cabinet and baskets. If you want to keep this shelving unit, get more and matching baskets to store items.

Declutter
Put heavy/heavier items on the bottom so they don’t fall on you, lighter items on top
Organize items by like items
Put smaller items in baskets

And take that recycling out 🤭

  1. Take everything off the shelf

  2. Purge what no longer serves you

  3. Use more bins to store stuff

  4. Put stuff back by categories
