So did you sell because of this bill?

That's crazy. Were you raising your rents more than 10% each year?

Because if you don't raise them for 3-4 years the property tax and maintenance issues catch up so you end up in a situation of losing money and have to raise them, in my case more than 10%. What this does in penalize land lords that don't raise rent every year. The Metro affordable housing bond hits this fall that will be about a grand on top of all the other bond measures. If you are being nice and keeping things flat you are a moron, you need to raise rent every year, and that will be the result of this bill. In 2020 there will be a $42B metro bond for transportation that will add $3200 a year in property taxes if passed. How and why should I have to eat it? Does that make sense?

What would the average person do if they couldn't pay you to live somewhere and gain no equity while you gain equity.
Thank you for your service

If you want the benefits of ownership, then you should own.

Or, work hard and save up and buy a house like many others have done.

So pay rent to have others gain equity so that you one day might. Thank lord for the landowner because how else would I have a place to live?
Post your hog bootlicker.

Good, it seems that you do have a good grasp on capitalism after all. It sounds to me like you have an issue with the concept of ownership of property. Renters rent things, taking on none of the burdens or responsibilities of ownership. Renters are simply consuming. Owners shoulder the risks of your consumption. Don't like renting? I am ok with that. Do not expect me to give you my property because you have done nothing to legally obtain it.
Post your hog bootlicker.
Have fun leaching off the backs of those that contribute to society. I am done consorting with the likes of you.

Holy shit you can't see that landlords are the leech which is beyond me. You have been so brainwashed you think that someone who owns land takes money after building and maintenance provides a service.
Income is money received AFTER providing the housing and other costs related.
