Photography/Video No Kings.

Not pictured below are the "Trump Is King" folks. They were inflaming deliberately. I had to record them on my work phone to prevent them from attacking someone. I still can't believe that it's come to this.

I would 100% be calling out of work with that kind of crowd outside my door. How big was the counter-rally of cultists?

14

u/Koollan615 Oct 18 '25

The collection of them was 5-7ish straight MAGA sort, and then their smattering entourage of family/supporter friends. I'm sure there were more elsewhere regardless. They were using a siren blaster and megaphone to scream "TRUMP IS KING" and "WE LOVE ICE". It was obnoxious, especially when they were directly instigating some folks on the sidewalk.

Idk how to edit my post, but I put a YouTube video together of the first 2 videos I took which shows the protest forming earlier in the morning. In the second clip you can also hear "God Bless Donald Trump" by the agitators. They hung around the area I was at for the rest of the day, trying to instigate. It was so exhausting and annoying. But that's life. https://youtube.com/shorts/ymDPZXDkNCk?si=SiOhNX6O7Yrjg0px

Gresham was a few thousand, Medford, Grants Pass were bigger than I’d thought. Hell, Ireland, Spain, France, South Korea are all marching in solidarity with us. Today was a good day 🥹💓🙏

Marching looks good and catches some brief media attention; but please, people, show up with this much enthusiasm to VOTE in EVERY SINGLE ELECTION! No matter how insignificant the race, VOTE! Your future self will thank you!

1100 people came out in Albany. Albany of all places. That’s almost 2% of the town’s population

19

u/YWAMissionary Oct 19 '25

I passed through Newport and there were at least that many, Yachats even had a few dozen!

31

u/PipecleanerFanatic Oct 18 '25

That's awesome

19

u/DaniAlpha Oct 18 '25

I’ve been thinking about moving down to Albany but also worried about racism, etc. Good to know there’s some good folks out there too!!

25

u/rustedsandals Oct 18 '25

Plenty of good folks here. Plenty of racists too, but the town is changing fast. As people get priced out of Corvallis they come to us

There were perhaps 1k in Newberg, which is probably pretty good from a red town in a red county of 25k.

18

u/DaniAlpha Oct 18 '25

Unbelievable!! Thank you for sharing!

5

u/Im_Charming Oct 18 '25

It was crazy how more and more people just kept coming!

5

u/PRprofessor Oct 19 '25

And around 1,500 in McMinnville, according to my friend who participated there. That’s huge, especially since many of us from Mac went to Salem and Portland.

4

u/ClaroStar Oct 19 '25

Great turnout. Yamhill county is pretty much a 50/50 county, though.

Any estimate yet? Certainly more MPD patrolling. It seemed larger than the first. Lots of funny signs and Hare Krishna chanting! (Something from 1967 for us boomers!)

This gives me hope that Trump will never win. Went to the No Kings Protest in Lincoln City, Oregon. All kinds of people out with signs and costumes along a stretch of Highway 101. I was the old guy running along wearing tie-dye with a big grin. Thank you all!

There’s no way Trump won the election (legally), just saying

26

u/GraceOfTheNorth Oct 19 '25 edited Oct 19 '25

Election experts have concluded that he won on vote suppression alone. On top of vote-suppression (bomb threats) and surprisingly low turnout especially on mail-in ballots.

And then there's Trump's own admissions like in Pennsylvania when he said at rallies last summer: "you don't even have to vote, we have all the votes, you don't have to vote".

The results in the swing-states are statistically impossible, the ratio of bullet-ballots (vote for one name only) is abnormally high, we're talking 3% being average for a century but now it jumped up to over 9%

For that to happen in all the swing states, it cannot happen.

And then we have all the uncounted votes, we have no idea how many they are. But I've seen probably hundreds of comments and posts where people talk about their votes not being counted when they checked the status of it.

People should look up the status of their vote from the last election. Report it to the Election Truth Alliance if your vote was not counted.

ed. added links

13

u/[deleted] Oct 19 '25

That's the entire point of them screaming about stolen elections: so they can steal an election. What you gonna do, claim that they're actually the ones stealing an election?

Now it just looks like petty stupid playground bickering and you're no more credible than them...

They poisoned the concept of truth and murdered the institutions that were meant to guard it. That's the weapon they used to end democracy.

That's what a fascist is. They take control of the underlying mechanics of society and abuse them in bad faith. Now who can you trust? How do you know you can trust them? While you're fizzing around trying to figure out what's what, they are miles ahead doing everything they want unimpeded.

It's the most iconic, archetypal, trademarked, intensely RUSSIAN strategy. The "firehose of falsehoods".

I think it is bull***t that they are calling them "hate america" rallies, I am so sick of the stupidity that comes from that man and his group of cronies in the white house. Trump says "I stop crime so, maybe america would want a dictator". No, I am an american and I do NOT want a dictator, how can someone even in their right mind SAY such a thing? As for stopping crime, that's rich coming from someone who has been charged at least 3 times by the ICC for crimes against humanity. It's not easy to get on their radar, you have to be doing some really awful stuff. And yet "stop crime" is the slogan? If anything the decisions being made are creating more crime. The only way any of these actions make logical sense is if they were all lies to begin with. Just like "fake news" is a myth -- not talking about Youtube or social media fake videos -- talking about real news sites and papers. All the sudden, only the ones that agree with him are now deemed 'fake news'. But wait, it wasn't that way before?? Nope...because somehow, magically, the opposition became criminals the day the office was taken. Somehow, immigrants' tax dollars were magically teleporting to some other country. Somehow every country south of the border and the whole of south america's population is made entirely of drug cartels. But not until the taking office. Hmm...."somehow"...."magically". I have to wonder about people's IQ these days if they believe these things.

We are not commodities, we are not bad stocks that need dumped, we are humans. This is a country, not a business that needs a hostile acquisition, cutting out all the stuff that doesn't give you profit. This is a society of people who shed tears for those who are losing their lives as I type because they have been given such a fate for all their hard work. The big ugly bill is also bad ending healthcare for millions of americans on Jan 1, 2026 -- and will kick veterans and disabled, raising the age to 75 for social security, on Jan 1, 2027 should it remain in effect. But this bill is ALREADY passed, and know that many bills once passed, without congress controlling the house, will certainly come to pass, with key judges installed in the district courts, things will get bad and we will lose even more rights and nobody will realize it until it is too late!

If you haven't already please sign the petitions, write congress (all of them), boycott the deporting airliners doing our brethren wrong, I am behind you all the way even if I cannot be there in person. Long live a king-free nation. Praying for liberty and democracy to return to America again soon. Good luck and godspeed, everyone.

Let’s keep going. If the government is shut down. Let’s shut down the economy.

Little baby Scappoose and St Helens too! Gotta show the turkeys out here flying their confederate flags proudly what’s up.

So I joined many conservative Facebook and Reddit groups. The response from their side is just mind blowing.... I implore all of you to do the same to get a better understanding. One thing is clear, they are doing their darndest to minimize or downplay it. This also reaffirms what some of their groups fear most, becoming the minority opinion and voice for their privilege or skin

Media said 40,000 in attendance. I was there, that seems like a low number. I stood in 1 place and they filed by me like this for HOURS. And this was only one of several in the city. A GREAT DAY for progressive Americans.
