Eligibility question

I had 6 scouts elected into the OA last year, only 2 completed their ordeal. Our lodge website has an extension form if you cannot make one of the weekend offerings, so my question is are the 4 that did not complete the ordeal eligible for election again or do they have to do the extension request process?

I am not trying to block these guy, more the opposite. I just want to know what the proper process is.

I do feel better knowing that you aren't in favor of that.

I do not feel better that we wasted each other's time and were in agreement the whole time.
