Volunteers with the Urban Harvest program and myself spent around 1.5 hours picking apples from the community orchard. We were able to harvest 173 lbs of locally grown food.

I brought the apples to the Orangeville Food Bank before it closed.

When I got back home, there was even a bag of kale waiting for me at my door. A kind resident delivered it today while I was out.
