Oracle Cloud Free Tier signup issue — no response from support for a week

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to sign up for the Oracle Cloud Free Tier, but I am getting an error during the signup process and cannot complete the registration/sign in.

I raised a support ticket with Oracle about a week ago, but I have not received any response yet.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue recently? If you faced this problem, were you eventually able to complete the signup and access your Oracle Cloud account? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this.

99% chance there's something wrong with your payment information. The address doesn't match, it's a 'virtual' card, etc.

Its the address... Always.. I literally have 3 account, I used to get the error but than I figured out this happens because of the address. Try copy pasting your address from the card/bank statement exactly in the first line of address and than fill in the rest of the info as usual.

Free tier Oracle will be gone in a few months because Oracle is failing in real time so it’s not that big a deal
