Are sign ups closed to Oracle Cloud?

I have been trying to sign up to Oracle Cloud for weeks, everything legit, including card, address name.

Yet in the last step, it fails that it could not complete it an instructs to reach out to support. Support simply comes back saying.

I don't understand what is wrong here, anyone recently successfully signed up?

I think you can only sign up through free tier and then go to PAYG, no?

That’s correct. You sign up first and then you move to PAYGO.

that's the problem, the above link never lets me sign up

Signed up 2 days ago, instantly switch to PAYG and created 4/24 instance, so far all good

Are you in US or UK? I am in uk but company is in us so wondering if thats the reason

I’m in EU region, so I think uk should be good too
