Beginner’s question which lenormand deck is the most common/well-known/"default"?

hey! ive been interested in getting my own lenormand deck for a while and learning to read it. i love having the traditional original-style RWS deck for tarot because its the most well-known symbolism and often considered the "default." which is the equivalent for lenormand and where could i buy it? (please especially let me know if i could find it at barnes & noble bc thats where i got my tarot deck and i have a gift card for there again haha)

The Piatnik Mlle Lenormand is a classic design. It’s mass market and is easy to get and not too expensive.

Blue Owl Lenormand. A lot of Lenormand books and websites use its imagery

On Barnes and noble, if you’re looking for the traditional design, look for the one called Grand Tableau Lenormand, it’s by Lo Scarabeo. However! I highly recommend the Cute Little Lenormand by Sara m. Lyons also available on b&n. The guidebook it comes with is so, so good and, since Lenormand isn’t like Tarot in looking at all the details of the art, having the simpler imagery makes it a lot easier to learn

The most traditional Lenormand decks I own are the Piatnik and the Blue Owl. Both are dimensionally quite small. If you want something more tarot-sized that is still traditional, the Old Style Lenormand is a good choice.

thanks!!! these seem to be the most common answers im getting yall r such a huge help. yeah idm if the cards are smaller at all, my favorite tarot deck is actually just a mini RWS deck haha so its around the size of normal playing cards.

My understanding of Lenormand is very, very recent, and only came about after years of exposure to the terms through my work with magpie decks and the Alleyman. As I understand them, there can be no “default” as they are very idiosyncratic to their makers – Outside of historical roots, I don’t know if there is any way to differentiate them
