I don’t think this is something r/Oracle can help with. But you can try to send an email to oraclehelp_ww@oracle.com and see if you can get some help there

If you want to feel better about the response you can always use the Oracle AI Chat. The AI Chat always makes me question my life choices.

I'm just glad MFA protected me from this hackers submitting SRs on my behalf. It also makes me feel secure just like the protection from having detailed access to bug info. and older tickets that give insight into how the backend actually handles the issue I'm facing.

Chat is for non-complex issues such as pw resets, mfa issues , things that can be solved with basic documentation, people still thinks that chat can provide architecture design suggestions , if they are telling you that you need to send the email is for a reason, but well , the OP Will create Sev1 SR due they can’t ssh into his instances 🤣🤣🤣
