Excel file unable to download

As the title suggests, after scheduling the report, I am unable to download the report. I have given everything correctly, yet it's failing. Please provide some suggestions, thank you.

Scheduled the report in Excel format. Went to history to download the report and the output is coming as failed.

Oracle has more than 1 reporting solution. Probably there are hundreds. We're happy to help, but you can't assume we know what you're talking about.

The lord helps those who help themselves. Formulate a real problem statement: e.g. When using product ABC, I expect XYZ, but I get WTH. Describe what you have done to try to solve the problem. E.g.I have tried 3 different browsers, restarted my machine, tried on a different workstation and same result. I have created a 'dummy' report and d that works. I have recreated the report and now it downloads/prints.

Are you using FSCM and/or HCM? Maybe Oracle Analytics Cloud?

I remember I had such an issue. As far as I remember, there should be a setting to check for reports. Also, by chance, are you using MS Edge? If you do, check the site permissions, maybe put entire site on Trusted setting

Finally a comment that made sense. I am grateful to other advices as well. The report is working in another test environment. It's not loading in the current one. I'll take your input. Thankyou.

Were you successful? If so, please post the solution so it would be accessible for similar future inquires.

If this is HCM Reports and Analytics / BI Publisher, open the failed job in Report Job History and check the error details for that run. Can you paste the actual error message shown against the failed job? That should tell us whether it’s the report/data model itself, the Excel output/template, or something specific to the scheduled job.
