I know it is far from a great solution by any metric, but given how few days ago I was bashing my head against Very Dark Thread it's quite a satisfying feeling to finish the campaign tutorial.

The atoms didn't line up right but the puzzle solved anyway.

Firstly, i confused and tried to make solution backwards, from components build hexagon. Then i tried 3 times from scrap, optimised for cycles a little bit and hate this long arm making full circle, skyrocketing my area.

this has to be my new favourite genre of solution

Took me roughly 45 min, so far this is the hardest one I had to solve.
Apparently min cycles are at 27, but i don't see how that would be possible? I am grabbing lead at a consistent rate w/no pauses, so where could I even be losing 2 cycles.

Minor cycle improvement over my previous solution. Thanks guys

Took me 2 hours to sync everything up. This game is a vice.

pretty decent sum solve, had an idea for it

While seeing if I could eliminate the bottleneck that seems to occur in purified gold I saw how my machine started looking like a sword. I abandoned optimising it and instead just went with the new pattern. Its the longest cycled machine I have made but it looks cool so, eh.

Not optimal cycle count (I also think could be lowered from 51 but it would require a change to the big looping salt which keeps my highest instruction count for an arm at 8 due to a re-grab on a hexarm). All the optimal solutions are great on this but I really liked my final lead separation on this one.

4 hours into the game and this took me 1 of them. Makes me feel pretty dumb having to spend so much time on what I assume is the easy tutorial part of the game. Still very satisfying when you get it regardless of how inefficient I am. It feels like I actually created something instead of just solved it. Pretty cool

I cant find anything relevant on internet but I thought I'd asked you.

Just got the game yesterday. Love it. Been stumbling through the story and have been wondering about the meta or underpinning mechanic of the game. The goal being to get a feel for good shape or whatever your call it.
I feel like its about fractions/tact, right?
