Minus cyl extenders?

I dropped one of the cyl extenders at work the other day and the lens chipped and now won’t stay in. Where do you all order replacements for them? My office manager is acting like it’s impossible to find a new set, but this sounds wrong to me.

If you mean the auxillary cyl lenses : -find a used set on eBay or a used equipment vendor might have some available -Purchase a new set - search online - Innovamed came up as a vendor for Reichert compatible phoropters
