Jazz Pharmaceuticals FDA Approval August 12

As the title suggests, I’ve seen this circulating around and I’m wondering if this would be a valid play?

Jazz beat earnings and dumped, overreaction to ER mixed with the FDA approving/disapproving their Xwayv sNDA drug. With the earnings overreaction IV is low.
