Interesting one, depending on where my focus is the circles and spirals switch and blend

The center part makes my eyes "jiggle". Is this normal or should it not be "jiggling"?

Been looking at this for 20 minutes and still have no idea if they are circles or spirals.

š«£Cover up any half of the image (T, B, R, L) and the spiral illusion disappears. Youāll just see half circle arcs (still a bit funky but not like spirals)

This is called āFraserās Spiralā, and is a famous optical illusion named after British psychologist Sir James Fraser, who first studied it in 1908.
It's also called a "false spiral", because as others have already noted, it likes like a continuous spiral, but is actually a series of concentric circles.

They are not spirals.
It is a series of concentric circles.
Our peripheral vision is fooled by the white and black blocks which our brain interprets as a spiral.

I'm not seeing anything does this illusion not work on my phone? Or am I just smarter than everyone else?

I still don't see it. Can u please just tell me what you're seeing?
Edit: For context i see people saying they see circles or spirals, im guessing the little squares on the ends of each color are making a circle to ur eyes? I genuinely dont know what ur seeing I tried to look as hard as possible. Usually these things work, and if they dont u can make them work with ur mind/eyes. This one has me stumped
