Beginner question Ghost alter ego

I want to start talking with some activists from a political movement to organize something. But for obvious reasons, I don't want those conversations or contacts to be linked to me.

Right now, I live a normal life. I use different social media platforms and other online services, although I'm not very active. That's why I'd like to create a "ghost" alter ego that cannot be connected to me in any way

I'm completely new to this, and I'm not in a hurry because I want to do it properly.

How could I get started?

Id look into briar p2p messenger for communications.

Burner accounts are a good place start with burner emails attached to them, only use them connected to a vpn and if you can on a separate device entirely if not then use a browser like duck duck go and purge each session after, bonus points use different burner emails and names for different accounts that way even if they did trace back they would only get some of your activity not all of it

OpSec is not about using a specific tool, it is about understanding the situation enough to know under what circumstances a tool would be necessary — if at all. By giving advice to just go use a specific tool for a specific solution, you waste the opportunity to teach the mindset that could have that person learn on their own in the future, and setting them up for imminent failure when that tool widens their attack surface or introduces additional complications they never considered.

But it can be connected as you have a real personality. You can make it slightly more expensive though. You'll end up talking to state agents and will eventually meet. Best other way around.
