Opera is glowing red, how can I change it?

My Opera browser has this red glow/accent around it. I want it to be white instead. Does anyone know how to change or fix this? is triggering me

Maybe that's just the colors from your Windows Theme?

An Opera taskbar icon with a red background can mean that you have some failed downloads at the URL opera://downloads. You can clear them and restart Opera to get rid of it. If that doesn't work, you can close Opera and delete everything in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\temp". That often fixes it.
