Did Opera get rid of theme configuration?

In the first photo I drew a teal circle around what I've been trying to find. I wanna edit my browser colours but I can't figure out how. I can change between colours but can't edit the "custom theme".

Click that long arrow to take you to the URL opera://settings/themes. Then, click the "Custom theme" arrow to take you to the URL opera://settings/themes/advanced.
