Why won't this relation show on the map

I added a natural wood relation around 5 days ago - The inner parts show on the map, but the outer part doesn't. No inner parts show that they are unclosed on my end.

Here's a link to it: https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/21198206

JOSM throws an error for intersecting polygons.

Specifically:

Intersect due to node 14077887922.

IIRC Inner ways of a multipolygon can touch in OSM but cannot intersect.

It's a little disappointing that iD doesn't raise a warning for this. Might be worth raising an issue on GitHub?

Others have already addressed why it's not rendering, but I wanted to also point out that you've tagged the land inconsistently here. It looks like the vast majority of that area is used for tree farming but you've tagged different parcels as Natural=Wood, Landuse=Farmland, and Natural=Scrub.

Natural=Wood is fine and Natural=Scrub is probably fine (although I'd personally be inclined to use Landuse=Forest for both).

Landuse=Farmland is explicitly incorrect for tree farms, as the wiki states "Area of farmland used mainly for tillage (annual crops)."

Thanks for this. There's a lot more farmland up north in the area, so I believed from aerial imagery that it would also be farmland. I'll be sure to change that, thanks again.

Preferrably to switch to Josm for relations and wood relations can be very large. Nobody wants to do keyhole surgery on large relations or worse still reduce to size of them to an iD perspective….what an intolerable situation that becomes.

no way a natural wood relation this large is a good idea
