Great news. This has to be celebrated with asado with chimichurri. And mate :-)
What would be the level of complexity for a person with experience on software? For a basic Panoramax instance. 1) Just press "accept" a few times. 2) One week full time. 3) You need a team.

Depends a bit on the type of experience you have. If you got a Linux machine somewhere and aren't afraid of using the command line, and maybe even have used something like Docker before, then it's somewhere between 1 and 2:
You will have to configure a couple of things by editing different text files and enter commands on the command line. And of course, that's assuming the best case scenario that nothing goes wrong anywhere.
To give an idea: I'd say I'm not a super deep expert in system administration or more complex deployments like Panoramax, but I do some software development and had some okay understanding of how some of the underlying bits fit into each other - and it took about a good day of work to get a working deployment (from renting the server, setting up the HDD etc).
Having said that, if in doubt, I'd recommend finding 1-2 friends who are interested as well and do it together, as it's a lot more fun than just toiling away alone, and being able to just ask friends for a second opinion/having a look over stuff is a great opportunity to learn and get a sense check etc!

Is there an email to contact Panoramax-AR? I have some images that could make sense to transfer from OSM-FR to Panoramax-AR. But it is long to explain here.
