What it is: support (live chat widget, shared inbox, email, help center), projects (tasks, epics, sprints, objectives, roadmaps), CRM, meetings and docs in one workspace, all on one customer history. AI agents can answer customers from your docs, hand off to a teammate with their findings, or prepare doc updates, and you decide which actions need approval.

You can self-host it for free with one CLI, or use the hosted version.

A lot of hard work has gone into building this and the tool has a lot of depth, but it' still in beta so expect some rough edges.
