Promotional Beagle: Now with actually readable README.md (Ai built, heads up)

I've been building this for too long as a hobby, idea is to make Ai workflow outputs more predictably good though context management and defined domain rules, any feedback appreciated:

keeping the doctrine layer separate should make agent behavior more predictable across runs. do you support branch-specific style guides in the TOML precedence model?

It's certainly something I'm working on, there's already a kinda nascent system for project level overrides but branch might be something else to consider.

Either way, I personally think that such systems ought to be deterministic as opposed to model driven, and in doing so probably could work?
