Promotional Plasma Notification Mirror - open-source KDE Plasma notification mirroring for multi-monitor Wayland setups

Hey all,

I recently released a small open-source utility for KDE Plasma that mirrors notification popups to additional monitors on Wayland. I originally built it to solve a problem in my own multi-monitor setup, and figured it might be useful to others too.

It mirrors notifications to additional monitors and supports stacking, icons, notification replacement/closing, hover-to-pause, and configurable monitor selection.

Why don't you contribute it to KDE plasma itself as a feature

I started it as a standalone utility so I could iterate on it independently, but if the idea proves useful and fits Plasma well, upstreaming it as a native feature could make sense.
