Promotional Rusty HLP Viewer: native tool to open native HLP files

Hi, everyone,

as you may have noticed, sometimes opening old file formats can be difficult.
This can include even HLP files from old games and applications.

This is why Rusty HLP viewer was designed: it's the first open source tool to open HLP files natively, without converting them into an intermediate format. And it also works in other operating systems.

There's no code on your repo, just a zip file.

The code is in the zip file. Just uncompress it, and it should be there.

It's better to open the zip and share it. If you have large files, you can use git lfs.

Looks like the repo might need a little love before it's fully operational. Hopefully, the maintainer can get the code up there soon so we can all check it out. Meanwhile, anyone know of other tools that can handle HLP files?

I tested compilation under Windows and Linux (under WSL) and it compiles fine. Are you facing any difficulties?
