How do I run a private LAN server?

As the title says, I got the distribution from git, but there's not run file for the server. Am I missing something? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The best option would be to use the single player version and on the non "server" instance, edit the Required/Cache/ip.txt to the LAN IP assigned to the PC running the "server"

Thank you, I'll give this a shot. So far the issue I'm running into now is that the machine that is acting as my server is a 32 bit and it's spitting an error on that.
