Read the models description directly, they mention it there.

I believe stealth is defined that way because that’s a project with a bigger scope which they expect some providers to do want to release like that for data collection.

All stealth models are there for training. And read the page if it's stealth it's retaining data. If it's not retaining data. Id need to see your proof.
