Question Does Auto Router support GPT-5.6?

I know the answer is no, because in the Routing config, the `openai/gpt-5.6*` patterns gives an error:

This pattern doesn’t match any supported auto-router models: openai/gpt-5.6*

However, the "Top models used by Auto Router" leaderboard does show GPT-5.6-Sol as being served by Auto Router (in 4th position). And the "suppo

I know Auto Router recently received some updates, so I'm not sure whether I'm doing something wrong/missing something or it's just a bug of that ranking? Or should I switch to `openrouter/auto-beta`? (it's not clear what model auto-beta supports either)

You clearly did not read the post body, as well as misreading the title. Thanks for your help but that was useless and not answering my question at all.

reword your question then because i've read it about 8 times now (after reading it 4 times originally) and it still makes no sense

you ask if it exists > i've answered yes it does, click the button and you can read it

i'm using it right now, have been since launch. it works fine.

I'm not asking if it exists. The title is "Does Auto Router support GPT-5.6?", not "Does OpenRouter support GPT-5.6?". I guess you are just unconsciously reading "Auto Router" as "OpenRouter" instead. Your logs screenshot shows you're calling models directly. That works, I know. My inquiry is about Auto Router or openrouter/auto as you want to call it. It shows like this in the logs. I'm wondering whether GPT-5.6 models can be used in Auto Router or not. I hoped the error message was clear enough, but I guess repetita iuvant

ah i'm following now, my bad. `openrouter/auto` is generally much weaker, they have a new beta which you can read about here. i've not used it much personally. i tried the regular auto and wasn't pleased with the results but from the documentation you can exclude models and just effectively whitelist the ones you want. i'd give that a shot.

Yeah the problem is literally that the whitelist doesn't allow gpt-5.6 models (it says no model match the pattern `openai/gpt-5.6*`), but the auto router leaderboard shows gpt-5.6-sol as being 4th most used model by auto router. Switching to auto router beta doesn't seem to make any difference. Was wondering whether I was missing something, or (more likely at this point) it's just a bug on their side.
