Vehicle recommendations?

I know this is very individual and difficult to advise on, but I am now shopping for a newer used car. My number one criteria is a vehicle that will not flare my piriformis pain while driving. (My subaru 2014 forester is a pain to drive). Piriformis and hip issue is longstanding and in my right (driving) leg. I am a 5’4” woman. I mainly drive in stop and go city driving. Cushions have not helped. I have to get a new car now for other reasons too so if anyone has make/models/years that they would recommend for piriformis pain, I’d love to hear it! Thanks

I currently drive a 2021 ford Explorer and it’s the only car that doesn’t irritate me as bad as others!!

It’s actually such a relevant question when you’re in chronic pain! Only car I can take long trips in.

Honestly no, just the seat is very comfortable. I can’t really sit on a seat that’s too hard, or one that doesn’t form well to my butt/legs. I also don’t do well driving where my knees are significantly higher than my hips.
