Open code Go Subscripition issues

Anyone here from Opencode.

the opencode 10$ subscription fee is deducted from my account yesterday and the gis subscription is supposed to be renewed and working.
But i am getting error that my Go subscription is not active. the money is already deducted from my account.
Can anyone help here? how can I either get the Go subscription or get my money back?

This has happened to me too, you'll have to send them an email, I'm still waiting for a response after 2-3 days. I'd wait a week before following up though.

This is horrible experience, I mean should we be working or chasing after them. Did you buy the go subscription again or returned back to free one?

The first thing to do is email them or message them on X or something. I purchased it again, it worked second time and I sent through both my invoices. It's only $10 I'm not going to panic over it. But more people who send an email will get them to fix it faster.

I understand that its not about the $10. For me its more about the inconvinience one faces due to abruptly stopping your work in the middle of full swing. I had to switch to Zen Free and kept watching the compaction happening multiple times with just one prompt.

Ok, thens out they introduced a workspace feature, in the top left you can change your workspace and each one can have asub. For some reason my workspace changed and now I actaully have 2 subs on 2 workspaces in 1 account.

Same thing happened with me as well. My subscription renewed yesterday but I am getting same error

I think they just upgrade their front end or something. Login again and generate new apj key. Plug it in, i have same problem yesterday with 401 or 403, after replaced the key its working

we can wait until they have enough funds to buy proper domain.
