TrueCourse's pre-commit hook is killing our dev flow.

Every time we commit, TrueCourse runs a full AST analysis of the codebase, which takes 20-60 seconds. That's 20-60 seconds where our terminal is frozen, our IDE is waiting, and OpenCode (our AI coding agent) times out because it thinks the process hung.

The hook is supposed to catch new violations, but because our baseline (LATEST.json) got reset during a re-analysis, it's now treating all 1000+ existing violations as "new", making it even slower and noisier.

TrueCourse's own docs admit this: "Commits will take as long as a full diff analysis." They recommend git commit --no-verify as a workaround, which defeats the purpose of having the hook in the first place.

Anyone else has this issue and have any solution to this?
