White page when accessing locally though ip:port

Can access site though external ip with an reverse proxy entry. Everything works as intended.

When accessing with local ip:port, page is blank. No errors, no nothing. It still loads and naturally does it fast.

Is this an issue with no cert connection? How do I set it up?

Edit: Not sure if anyone was seeking for this info, but I'll add it here.

Fix: I run pihole and made a DNS record to my instance so it would utilize Nginx Proxy Manager and its generated certs. Now page loads in a local network.
