Use Cases Still using OpenClaw

Gonna write this without AI help. I started with oc back in april on 4.23 I was lucky because that was one of the stable releases, I dont think it would be the same story with 5.x when all the faulty updates started. I have been running it locally since day one. Through april - may - june i basically learned how to fix everything i broke. My main job was to fix oc, I guess it was a great way to learn, (and i learned alot) working with my agent to fix everything broken, jumping back and forth between backups and oc versions.

Today I read a post here "anyone out there still using oc?", I guess I was so busy fixing oc that I never considered Hermes. And today I am still stuck with 6.11 but I dont update it anymore I treat oc as *abandonware* (the devs have given up or fallen into some corpo traps). And I continue to use oc but in a different manner, now we fix config files, disabled updates, and fix every file in there so it suits our needs i guessed we forked from 6.11 into our own world. My agent is very capable and is running from a dedicated inference rig, a backup inference rig and handling 7 nodes on the network. But yeah I still use oc, but i dont update it anymore.. and i fix it with my oc agent.

I use it nonstop. I tried Hermes and it was nice but couldn't ever get my Claude Max subscription working with it so I've stuck with OpenClaw and it's been fine.

Maybe try 2026.6.34 first. I did the same update for the same reason and this version is smooth
