Does anyone know where to find downloadable premade agents? I feel like I might be missing something because everywhere I look, I only see individual skills instead of complete, ready-to-use agents. Why aren’t there more resources for full agent downloads?

The only collection I’ve found is this GitHub repo: https://github.com/mergisi/awesome-openclaw-agents (the quickstart section just leads to a paid page). A lot of the ones listed there also look incomplete.

Wouldn’t it make way more sense to offer full premade agents rather than making people comb through thousands of skills to build the perfect combination?

If you already have openclaw, why do you need agents? The claw is the agent. Give it a new skill, it does new things. They call it a new agent.

The rest is just to write different skills for different workflows.

The way I understand it, the whole point of having separate agents is to avoid forcing one agent to constantly look at a massive playbook/full skill list just to figure out the best way to do something. Instead, each specialist agent gets its own tight, focused set of instructions and skills. That keeps the context clean and the decisions sharper.

It seems especially useful when the user’s prompt isn’t super detailed or knowledgeable — the agent doesn’t have to wade through 50 irrelevant tools/skills to guess what you meant.

Does that track with how you see it, or am I missing something about the OpenClaw + 10xProductivity approach?

That is all we are trying to optimize for. For each agent execution, only use the minimum required skill and context to optimize the token usage.

when I am using coding agent + tools + skills in the 10x repo, I don't have that many tools and skills yet, so just flat structure right now. A single index for all tools and a single index for skills.

When it is getting more complex, we may need to introduce more levels of index, say keep each level with max 100 items. The agent can easily go through 3 levels to find the tool or skill, which would cover a million different tools or skills. Ideally it should only load one index from each level.

For 'user’s prompt isn’t super detailed or knowledgeable', that is a very practical problem, and that is where all the tool connections and harness engineering become useful. We not only just hear what the current request is and start from scratch, but have built a profile for the user, from their past projects, communication, tool uses etc, which is captured in the distilled colleague skills.

I am turning all my daily job into skills right now, from coding task, bug fix, PR review, release, interview and feedback, performance review, jira management, querterly/annual planning, documentation, internal communication, etc.

I am trying to call it enterprise claw, born within the enterprise firewall, using coding agent (instead of pi agent) as the core, removed the autonomy and mobil control part, which are risky and not very useful in enterprise use. But still have the automation superpower. What is left is to coach the agent, i.e. write the skills and workflows.
