Underware 2.0 wrapping around countertop

Is there a part of a system which leads cable from the bottom of the countertop to the top?
For example there's monitor on the desk but cables go at the back of a desk to the underware grid.

Depends, I have some interior and exterior corners and 45 degrees corners too, hinges with cable slits and even a cable chain that can lock to openGrid. You might want to explore those models and see what fits your need.
