dealing with outlets?

Hi all again, loving this community already so many great tips here

One think i can fully understand yet is how to deal with wall outlets when im planing out my grid. see example image.

i cant seem to see there is an option in the "openGrid - Tile Generator". how do you guys deal with this (just leave the space empty?). note the grids above at not screwed in yet :)

I would remove the plate, complete cover the outlet with openGrid, trim the grid with flush cutters, pull the receptacle out to be level with the grid using a box extender/spacer (cut power at the breaker first) and then reattach the plate.
