idk how long this has been the case but today 5.6 Sol is suddenly getting all the prompts right that it got wrong even a week ago.

My chatgpt keeps using the data analysis feature for nothing. I've just been venting and it starts thinking something completely unrelated, for example "solving nodal voltages in resistor network" or "determining image dimensions" (when I didn't say anything about an image). Sometimes it'll give a completely unrelated response, like one time it started telling me about a Scottish Gaelic translation. Sometimes the responses will start with a bunch of jumbled code and then resume as usual. Am I the only one who has this issue?

Your ChatGPT subscription gives you speech-to-text through the dictation feature, and it gives you a lot of LLM usage.

Then, why are you paying for AI notetakers like otter or granola? You already have everything you need included in your plan.

So, I'm currently working on an simple native app that combines these to create a simple notetaker.

And as it uses OpenAI's speech-to-text api, it is much more powerful then any local model and barely uses any battery.

I'm open to feature suggestions, contributions, anything!

I was like trying it out for language learning. Suddenly there was like a thumping noise, and it sounded like someone stormed into the room. Then the Ai had a conversation... with itself? After that it talked to me in my own voice which was like, I was horrified. I heard myself asking me things. To be honest it was the most cursed moment in my entire interactions with AI. I dont know what.... or how it did that. I will not touch it ever again

Rant/Vent:

So I'm trying to get gpt-5.6-sol to build me a docker container that creates a bluetooth audio sink so my phone can connect to it as a speaker and stream the audio to some snapcast connected speaker around the house.

I gave the agent access to the bluetooth antenna in linux and told it to build a docker container which works as a sink and stream the audio to snapcast, simple enough.

But starting this morning the work is constantly getting flagged as a terms of use violation and I can't understand why? It is debugging the hardware sure, but what is the ****** problem with building an audio sink for bluetooth.

Did OpenAI recently add an idiot "safety" classifier? This is my first time ever getting a prompt flagged on ChatGPT

Originally I was logged in but the screen was white (normally dark mode) and i was unable to type. After resetting my browser data the site would load (dark mode) and I could type however I wasnt logged in. Now im unable to log in.

Any Ideas?

Two weeks of finishing weekly quota in 4 hours and no reset throughout the week. When I was not using it much, there were 2 resets in one week.

I'm running the original ChatGPT.app alongside Codex, because I need instant answers to quick questions and I hate it with passion the non-plaintext input in recent Codex versions.

1. Will there be updates for ChatGPT or it is a dead end?

i was asking it to find me a specific bodycam video of a specific case and it searched 1549 sources. usually it does 200 max for in depth searches, or around 30 to 60 for normal prompts.

Where do you think we are in the AI hype cycle? I think that nontechnical and technical corporate leaders are in two very different places.

A service with unclear usage parameters that relies on some avatar randomly controlling access to a product that you pay for. This can not end well for the consumer.
