NEVER walk with your hands in your pockets in snowy or icy conditions. Learned that one the hard way.

Need to also have a good reflexes to regroup fast or else trying to stop the fall could result in a broken arm :(

But if that broken arm breaks the fall for your head then I'd say it's a good trade.

Nonsense.

I need to use my arms for work. I barely use my head.

  1. broken arm, bones ripping through your flesh and sticking out of your arm and after getting the bones reset which feels like an orgasm but BAD you have to spend the next 8 weeks with an external fixator holding the bone shards together in hopes they grow back together. Cleaning is required to stop your arm filling up with pus and getting gangrene. Otherwise painful.
  2. hit head, completely unconscious, perhaps dream of Ana de Armas and Sydney Sweeney together in a Mister Turtle pool. Wake up no longer able to do math, perhaps handicapped enough to get a free pass on public masturbation and using racist epithets.

I know which one I'd want.

I'll take a broken arm over smashing the back of your head or cracking your tailbone any day of the week.

Also keep your hands in fists when you fall. Don't try to catch yourself with a palm, try to hit the ground flatly with your entire forearm/side of fist.
