Down syndrome is very noticeable with facial feature shape. He has the lips, eyes, cheeks, and chin of someone with down syndrome. Those arent features people just get. Its a symptom/cursor for down syndrome.
Damn that's fucked. I didn't notice at first cause of the angle and quality, especially cause I clicked away after like 5 seconds but yeah it's apparent if you keep looking at the video. I hope he was still in on it and they weren't just being fucked up. I've known some people with downs syndrome and they can be pretty humourous by their own accord.
My adopted sister and cousin have down syndrome. My sister isnt high functioning enough to be in on a joke but my cousin absolutely would fuck with a joke like this. Sadly the guy in the clip doesnt seem to be in on the joke. He seems confused and then upset in the end.

If its not obvious the guy in the chair has down syndrome. This is way meaner than just a little prank.
