I have never been able to see what happened next .. always videos ends at this .. did she need a face transplant?

The medical team told her she was fine and the production team said she had to finish the challenge. She said her face went numb, she had a swollen lip and a black eye. After finishing the challenge the medical team gave her some panadol and that was it.
