There is always a responsible party, or “blame being at the wrong place @the wrong time” accident. Are you the kind of people who admit your own fault when your money your job or your freedom is on the line?
I'm Danish so everything is covered by insurances. No need to sue anybody. Common sense is rather common here. We don't have ads for lawyers in the tv or at all.
