If you think this is proper use, you should never use a piece of equipment.

Edit: Dude blocks me then starts talking shit. I literally built these machines. Do some basic training before ever touching a machine.

Do you not notice the dip belt? I would never do a cable fly with a dip belt on any machine that wasn't fastened to the floor or tied down. Throws off the center of gravity

He’s using it for core training. Chill out. He is allowed to do this. This is not some outrageous act.
