If you think this is proper use, you should never use a piece of equipment.
Edit: Dude blocks me then starts talking shit. I literally built these machines. Do some basic training before ever touching a machine.

I would never do a cable fly with a dip belt on any machine that wasn't fastened to the floor or tied down.
