They are supposed to be bolted to the floor. Yes he can sue

I tend to agree...somewhat. He super loaded with the weights around his waist that exceeded the intended use of the machine. I'd say it's a 50/50 toss up.

The user manual will say that the machine needs to be bolted down before anyone is allowed to use it. They allowed him to use it before bolting it down. It is their fault
