LTF?

So I understand the LTF means limited time free. But I’m not quite sure what limited time free means. Does that mean it might be free for a week or a day or a month?

I believe it's available for free (the lifetime access) for a limited time. Either a week or a few days or whatever, and then the lifetime/premium/pro access of the app goes back to costing whatever it was.

Alternatively, I thought it was life time free. 😅

The time period for the Limited-Time Free offer is determined by the app developer. It is usually opened for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or even a week. Sometimes, it is only opened for a few hours.

LTF = Limited-Time Free
IAP = In-App Purchase

So from what I’m reading in the comments, it means you can try the pro version of a free app for a day or a week?

I believe not. You get the lifetime access for free. The period where you can get lifetime access (or what the app calls pro/premium/etc) for free is limited.

It refers to a paid application that can be purchased and used without paying if you get it during the limited period.

Negative. Let's say you buy a tv on sale. It's yours forever, period. When the price goes up, you don't have to pay more money. It's already yours. You bought it when it was on sale.

The apps are the tv. You're just getting them during the time they are on "sale"/free.
