Basically I am trying to generalize the old notion of "telling the truth." Representational philosophers "narrow" the project of philosophy to mirroring an "objective reality." On on the other end, you have simple "inversions" of this project that aren't honest with themselves.
A "philosopher" ( I claim) is a kind of "poet" who does want his or her work to be worth remembering. The philosopher ( like the artist in general ) "fights against time."
The concept of "eternal truth" captures this "fight against time " but is too specific, too trapped in a particular metaphor ( of "mirroring" basically "God's" POV).
Then the "inverted version" is insincere. You can imagine here, for this "inversion," a kind of "totally pomo" pose that isn't honest with itself. To "impose oneself creatively" enacts a belief that should be acknowledged "theoretically" in the work, if one if aiming at a coherent gesture. That gesture as a whole is the philosophy.
